To our wonderful community,
I want to take a moment to extend our heartfelt thanks to each and every one of you who has taken the time to provide feedback. Your suggestions, comments, and ideas have been coming in thick and fast, and we couldn't be more grateful. It's truly inspiring to see the level of engagement and thoughtfulness you've shown.
Thanks to your input, we've been able to identify and fix several issues and make some tweaks that have significantly improved things. Some of the suggestions you've provided are nothing short of brilliant – things we hadn't even thought of!
We want to remind you that submitting feedback is incredibly easy. Simply click on the feedback link located at the bottom right of our web page. Your opinions and ideas are invaluable to us, and we encourage you to continue sharing your thoughts.

And just to be clear, the feedback doesn't need to be anything earthshattering. It might be just an innocent little bug, a layout issue, or a button that doesn't work. On the flip side, it might be a light bulb moment that helps us to transform the site - everything no matter how small or how large is much appreciated, and will never fall on deaf ears.
We also owe you a big apology if we haven't replied to everyone who has submitted feedback. Please rest assured that we are diligently working through each submission. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated as we manage all the feedback that is coming in.
To improve our responsiveness, I am in the process of sorting out a new system that will make it easier for Joy and me to track incoming feedback and ensure that we reply promptly. Once this system is in place, we anticipate a much smoother process on our end, allowing us to be more efficient in addressing your concerns and acknowledging your suggestions.
In closing, thank you once again for your continued support and for helping us make RUSC better every day. Your feedback is the cornerstone of our getting things back on track, and we couldn't do it without you.
Warm regards,
Ned
