We've always carried out any support for RUSC via email, which seems to have worked well.

Your satisfaction is our top priority, so on Monday we're moving over to a new mailing system that makes it easier for us to keep track of support emails. Not that we receive a mountain of them, but anything to help us keep on top of things has got to be good, as it gives us more time to listen to shows, which is what we like doing most.

One of the great things about this new system is it makes it easier for us to build a really good FAQ section, which stands for frequently asked questions.

And that’s where I could do with your help, if you can spare a moment.

I want to populate the frequently asked questions section with as many questions and answers as possible, not just to help existing members, but also to help people new to RUSC, or new to old time radio in general.
